ALPHA CYCLES really showed why they are ALPHA. I purchased a full system Arrow exhaust for my 24 CBR650R with them. And the install/results came out more than I could ask for. AMAZING customer service, very friendly and they do their best to take care of you. Also they have a café with Mediterranean/Italian food (my favorite). Marcos and Jennifer run the place wonderfully and smooth. The mechanic there is a great guy as well and takes the extra mile for your bike. Chain adjustments, touch ups and more. If you are looking to buy a motorcycle, first check Alpha Cycles; they have a bike you will be very happy with. I took my 2021 Kawasaki Z900 RS for a complete service. They did professional work at a reasonable price and even noticed a missing bushing that was left off by another shop when that shop installed tires. They took the part off a bike on their show room floor and ordered a replacement. Speaking of tires, you can buy your tires online and ship them to Alpha Cycles and they will install them. I will take my Versys-X there for its next service. The people at ALPHA CYCLES are Friendly and Professional and they have a showroom full of great motorcycles.

I bought my first motorcycle from Alpha Cycles. Marcos and Jennifer were a great help, Marcos helped me choose the bike and Jennifer helped me with the paperwork, title, and plate flawlessly. They really care about their customer. After dropping off my new motorcycle to my home free of charge, the motorcycle was not starting. I called Marcos who came to help me and once he got there the bike started… Just in case he lent me a battery charger. The next day, the bike was not starting again but thanks to the battery charger I was able to get it started. I came to the shop to get it checked out. Marcos and his team found that there was a problem with the Solenoid, and ordered a new piece directly from the manufacturer. They include a 14-day free repairs to the motorcycle (that isn't caused by an accident) which includes labor. These guys go the extra mile, if I could give them more stars, I would.

I'm very happy that I followed my intuition on this business because Alpha Cycles is top notch! The staff they have are great, and I live on the west coast, so communication was key and this establishment was great at that! That's a big deal to me! I'm big on meeting in person and getting a feel for for them. However, through email, text and phone calls they made me feel like I was in good hands and right there next to them!
Enzo was my salesman, who I was in contact with and he was available and answered any questions I had. He sent pictures of the bike I was purchasing and video upon request. I felt very comfortable with him as my guy. Along with Jennifer, which was the finance manager, helped me figure out what options I had with payments and other documents that needed to be handled. She explained my payment options in great detail. Jennifer is awesome and very easy to talk to which made the process go smoothly! Great part of the team!
Alpha Cycles made the whole process easy and comfortable! I would say check these guys out and their selection of bikes. You will not be disappointed in their merchandise and the high quality people that work there. Before I forget, I also want to give a shout out to Diego who was part of my process and help fill in when Enzo was off, as well as Brandon who was their shipping driver that tracked miles to get me the bike out here on the west coast!

I’d like to start by saying that the owner Marcos is just an absolute cool guy and Diego was always in contact with me via text and very responsive to all my questions. Super cool guys working there. And I can’t forget the young lady in the office that helped me with the paper work. The store itself is top notch with pristine used motorcycles. I ended up buying the best motorcycle I’ve ever had, a 2017 Ducati Multistrada 1200s with really low miles in perfect condition. He had one of the best prices in the nation. I had little hiccup with the bike and their warranty service was amazing at taking care of the problem. They also work with a local credit union that makes financing at an incredibly low rate a breeze. I’ll be buying another Ducati from them soon for my now jealous wife……

I bought a Scout Sixty in mint conditions. Price was fair for the bike. What I believe it's worth to point out is that this place is actually like a boutique for motorcycles. I’ve been looking for a bike for a while now. It’s my first bike so I had allot of questions and did allot of research at several local shops. I accidently stumbled upon this amazing local shop. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed. The entire crew at Alpha really made me feel comfortable. The owner is extremely hands on, and really stays on top of things. Diego my sales rep. was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions I had. (And I had many) I eventually found the bike I liked and decided to trust Alpha Cycles and buy from them. The transaction was very smooth. Jennifer at the back-office took care of all the paperwork and went over everything with me. This place is simply a great boutique motorcycle shop that runs like a family-owned business. I would give it six stars if I could. Highly recommended.

I was shopping for months, and everywhere that I called or got to a dealer, the attention was awful. I could buy anywhere if I wanted to, but with people like that, never!

BUT Alpha Cycles made the difference, Nice people, nice sales person; everybody helpful and super nice!
So I ended buying my christmas toy; a Suzuki GSX 1000. It was hard to decide because all the bikes where awesome. The Harleys the BMWs … all of them; too bad I only needed one. Nice inventory. Thank you Alpha and Thank you to all the friendly staff. ***** Molin

Absolutely stellar to work with! Jennifer was prompt and very quick to handle things with great communication. I live in central Florida and bought a Tiger explorer sight unseen thanks to the very professional photos which they included after the sale which is a very nice courtesy. Since i needed a rushed delivery of the bike the owner himself personally delivered the bike over 5 hours away in order to accomodate my tight schedule and with reasonable shipping cost. Definitely recommend.

Where do I start. I contacted Alpha Cycles with in a bike on there site I was interested in. Within less than a day Jennifer had responded to my inquiry. After Jennifer gave me all the info I needed I decided to pull the trigger and start the buying process. It was the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything!!!! Alpha Cycles is a boutique motorcycle shop with an eclectic mix of bikes for sale. From vintage to modern; they are all shiny and looking their best. Their website does the bikes justice so I enjoyed looking through all of the photos from home and bought mine, sight unseen.

The elephant in the room is that the business is almost too good to be true for the immediate neighborhood. I recommend visiting the showroom for yourself, just once, and it won’t be an issue.

4/5 stars on price but 5/5 on the value of the staff and operations. I can’t think of another place that has so many different types and brands of motorcycles under one roof; especially with the quality of photos on their site. Plus – free shipping to nearby areas!!! If you haven’t had a vehicle delivered to your driveway before – it is super convenient and removes all of the nerves associated with pulling out into traffic for the first time on your new whip.

I have only good words and memories regarding my motorcycle purchase with Alpha Cycles, I was warmly greeted by Jennifer on my first visit and she patiently listened to my requests and what I was looking for, then I was introduced to Marcos who is 100% helpful and helped me to drive test the one I liked and also ended up buying. Florencia helped me also at the final part of the process and with the delivery of the bike to my front door.
The whole process flowed smoothly and vey professional, I'd greatly recommend Alpha Cycles because the A1 service they provide as well as a beautiful show room and great all types motorcycles in the greatest conditions and perfectly cared for.

So I'll try to make this brief. The purchasing process was a breeze. No haggle no problems. I drove down from Jacksonville to purchased a bike, which I LOVE, yet shortly thereafter I experienced a problem. I was an hour or so North of Miami when this happened. I immediately contacted Marco, the owner, who immediately sent one of his guys to pick up the bike. I had to come back to Jax, so Marco assured me he would have the bike delivered to me , free of charge. HE DID exactly that. Unfortunately another problem occurred, while still under warranty, yet the distance between us dictated I take the bike to a local, reputable shop, who diagnosed and repaired the issue. Mind you I initially paid this for ease on involved parties and I was fortunately able to at the time. Marco, his team and I had been in contact about this periodically until I had a diagnosis and solution. I kept log of any expenditures, gave copies of receipts, etc. When it came time to settle up, guess what!? Marco, WITHOUT HESITATION, made good on everything that is Alpha Cycles, and unfortunately he likely took a loss. THAT DID NOT DETER HIM AT ALL FROM STICKING TO HIS WORD AND BUSINESS MODEL!! There was NO HESITATION! Now as with any used motorcycle, spend the time and if necessary a little money to thoroughly inspect ANY used motorcycle. As advertised, Marco warranties his motorcycles, and my experience has shown that HE STANDS BEHIND THIS 110%!!! OUTSTANDING JOB ALPHA CYCLES TEAM! I can say for sure I wouldn't even consider purchasing a used motorcycle from any other dealer in the state of Florida and will readily recommend to anyone in the market for a used motorcycle to go see Marco and his team at Alpha Cycles! Again, to the Aplha Cycles team, OUTSTANDING JOB!!

Both Sofia and Marcos have given the best and most professional service to us.
